Preparing To Be Mommy

I and my husband are planning to start family soon (God's willing). It means I need to be aware of what kind of food I'm going to eat, exercising regularly, and be cautios of the medicines and food supplement that I'm going to take.

About food, I did knew some foods that will be good for me like fruits, vegetables, fish or seafoods and any food that consists vitamins and minerals. But I still need to visit my doctor though for more information.

About regular exercise, well honestly I been lazy lately. I even need to catch up my household chores because it's been 3 days that I didn't pay attention to them. I been busy looking stuff in internet and was addicted playing puzzle games that I never won. Anyway, my friend Saves called me and told me about the gym that she found on her town which is only 10 minutes to drive from our house. And I told my husband about it and he agreed for me to go to that gym for $30.00 monthly. He said I do really need an exercise because my legs already start to bother me. Weak legs are not good for pregnant women for this stage most women gain weight and cramping legs could be worsten. So I'm going to gym regularly now for my pregnancy preparation.

I do my best to make sure my baby will be healthy, of course with the help of our Lord.
