Who Needs An Exercise?

According to the article that I read which is from Wikepedia,the free encyclopedia that physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintaining physical fitness and health.And it performed for many different reasons.These include: strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, and weight loss or maintenance. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent diseases of affluence such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease.

Strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system-this is why athletes need an exercise to make their bones,muscles,hearts and lungs strong.So they have enough air to run fast;strong arms to grab and throw balls,and a healthy built muscles which help them not to hurt easily.Like football players,look how strong they are!


Weight Loss Or Maintenance-This is what mostly do for those who want to lose weight and...for those who want to maintain their sexy body and to maintain their healthy body.

And take note,exercise is not just only healthy for body it also improves mental health and helps prevent depression.That's why players are so alert to decide on what moves they need to do for a certain situation.


Exercising can be done in many ways,example:

A.Stretching-this is important for you to do before proceeding to heavy exercise such as jogging,walking,running,dancing and using physical health- equipments.Stretching helps to circulate your blood,and distribute it properly to different areas of your body.And helps to awake your muscles and be prepare for the next activity.

Basic Steps:

First step;you need to stretch your head first by rotating it 10 times from right-left,and 10 times from left-right.It hepls your blood in your head circulate properly.Second step;stretching your arms sideward and rotating it 10 times from right-left and 10 times as well from left-right.Third step;put your arms in your hips and bend your hips 20 times from your right,center and to your left.And then for the fourth step;stretch your legs by doing the enhale and exhale breathing.Put your arms again in your hips and put your right foot forward then stretch your body upward while doing your enhale and downward for exhale (20 times).By doing this,your exercising your lungs,heart,legs and all parts of your body.Then after this,your body is ready now for jogging!Jog in your place where you stand for 20 times.


B.Jogging-can be perform inside or outside your house.You can jog in your place.It means jog where you stand at,not moving anywhere.30 times fo the first time and then jog more and more everyday.Then you can jog wherever you want,it can be in your backyard and jog around for 5 minutes for the first time.Then add 3 minutes more daily.By doing it regularly helps strengthen your muscles and bones.


C.Walking-this is an outdoor activity.And recommended for pregnant women,for old people,and for those who want to lose weight.It can be done in public park,in your backyard or in any vacant space that you can use.For limited space just do it back and forth.

"Balanced Diet"

You cannot just eat what you like and what you want to stay healthy.You need a balanced diet in your body.It means getting the right types and amount of foods,drinks to supply nutrition and energy for maintaining body cells,tissues and organs function healthily.There are three types of food which are really important in our body:
1.Carbohydrates-its an energy food which helps our body go for our daily activities.Lacking for this;makes you tired and sleepy.Over consuming this food makes you fat and give you exist sugar which is not good in your body-it takes too long to heal wounds.
examples: bread,potatoes,cakes.crackers,biscuits,pasta and rice.
2.Proteins-source of food which helps for growth and repair.Eating too much for this is unhealthy;can cause bowel movement's problem.Lack of this;makes your bones weak.
examples:meat,fish and all sea foods,eggs,beans and peas.
3.vitamins and minerals-for healthy strong bones and healthy skin.For a healthy bright eyes,healthy shiny hair and smooth skin.Lack of this;may result eye problems,yellow-rough skin,and etc.
examples:broccoli,any green leafy vegetables such as green beans,lettuce and etc. squash, fruits and many more.

HEALTH is WEALTH

We are so lucky to have complete eyes,feet,arms,legs,ears and etc...Some people born missing some of these.So dont abuse it but take good care on it.
Even how busy we are we should always time and aware of our health matter.Don't be foolish working yourself so hard and earned more money if you will just spend it all to the hospitals,doctors and medicine!Always consider your health first whatever you do.Wear your protection tools and appropriate clothes before you do anything no matter how uncomfortable it to you.It's better to have a sweaty feet than losing your feet.You can cure your sweaty feet but can't replace your perfect feet!Have time for your doctor's appointment regularly no matter how conflicts your schedule are.It's better to missed 1 day of work than to missed all days work.Feed your body balancely with the 3 kinds of food every meal-the go,grow and glow foods.Don't smoke or stop smoking for those who already smoking.You know already from the start, that smoking is dangerous to your health..dont make yourself stay deaf and blind with this fact-"smoking can cause your death" if you don't stop!Don't fool yourself that you can't survived w/o smoking,you know you can stop it..and you can start it now!
Remember..your health is your wealth.
